Supplements, Herbs, and Essential Oils for Mental Health

Just like your physical health, maintaining a healthy mind requires many components. You can be proactive by using supplements, herbs, and essential oils to support your mental health.

  • Magnesium: Major role in calming the nervous system. May also ease muscle tension, decrease blood pressure, and aid sleep.
